Insurers will determine whether the damage was sudden and accidental (usually covered) or caused by gradual deterioration (often not covered). Stage 2: Damage Discovery & Evidence

The moment the issue is first noticed — whether through visible water stains, damp patches, ceiling damage, or a musty smell. From day one, we take this seriously on your behalf.
